On Wednesday, May 18, 2011 former Chicago Bear and All-Pro, Jerry Azumah hosted the 3rd Annual Signature Fundraiser to raise funds for his non-profit, the ASAP (Azumah Student Assistance Program) Foundation. Proceeds raised will go directly to ASAP's scholarship fund to improve the lives and educational opportunities of students.
